Terms and Conditions

We have different cancellation policies either flexible or non-refundable depending on the terms of your individual booking.

In the event of a no-show, the 1st night stay is due.

We are a family friendly hotel, we do not accept stag or hen parties.

We do not have a lift at the hotel - there are 56 steps to the 3rd floor

We do not allow pets in the hotel.

We have a car park to the rear of the hotel – We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage whilst vehicles are on our car park.

The hotel is not liable to any damage or loss of your properties and belongings kept in the room

Any damage of items in the room will be charged from your card details that we hold for you.

When booking through a booking agent, cancellations need to be processed directly with the agent. 

If a room key, or front door is lost, the cost of replacing they keys & locks will be charged.
